Come visit the MAA Library’s current exhibit: Bauhaus, Celebrating 100 Years (1919-1933), located in the entrance foyer of the library on Level 3 of the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre (IKBLC). This exhibit marks the 100th anniversary of the Staatliches Bauhaus, the art school founded by architect Walter Gropius in Weimar, Germany, and highlights materials from the library’s holdings on this topic. Students and faculty of the Bauhaus School sought to develop new and interdisciplinary approaches to the fine arts, craft, design, and architecture.
